I am both a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist and I work from my quiet and comfortable room within Blackwell Business Centre in Darlington. I am an Integrative Counsellor and that means that I draw on different therapeutic tools and approaches when working with clients. I am a warm and non-judgemental Counsellor and I shall calm and respectfully walk alongside you on your journey, as you take time to explore your inner most thoughts and feelings and begin to make sense of where you are.
As trust develops through sessions, clients often feel that they can really begin to be themselves, which develops both openness and honesty and thus can result in great movement as clients begin to make choices that allow them to move on with their lives.
I offer clients a safe space to explore their experiences.
