I started counselling in October last year because I was having trouble with intense irrational thoughts which were controlling my life and very low confidence. Since then the power of my thoughts have dramatically dropped and my confidence has defiantly improved. Kay has helped me indentify my irrational thoughts, coping methods, and ways to challenge them and helped improve my confidence by helping me believe my true worth and potential.
Kay is very knowledgeable and really understands me which is why I have made such progress and helps me see my issues as just issues and not something which will prevent me living my live to the fullest. I feel comfortable speaking about my issues and never felt being judged which is very important to me. I have seen many different counsellors and Kay has been by far the best with helping me with my issues and understanding me.
