I work with issues such as Anxiety, depression, bereavement & loss, loss of confidence, low-self-esteem, relationship difficulties, (with both couples and individuals), work place stress, coping with illness, identity issues and self-harm.
Life can be challenging but I believe we each have the potential to overcome those difficulties, and we don’t have to face them alone. I offer a safe confidential space to take a deeper look at what’s brought you to counselling, in an atmosphere of respect and empathetic listening, in an honest and supportive environment where we can work together to promote a more positive you.
I aim to support you on your journey of understanding the thoughts, feelings and behaviors and situations that have influenced your life, and to rediscover your internal compass towards lasting change and emotional well-being.
I charge £55.00p for a 50 minute session & £45.00p for students.
