Our ethos is to offer an innovative therapy service that is affordable, flexibile and without a waiting list. We offer short-term and long-term therapy drawing on a variety of approaches to offer a service to meet the needs of each individual.
We host a team of therapists so you can choose who you see should you wish to. the cost of sessions is dependant upon the practitioner you see and their experience/accreditation level. Session costs vary from £15-£50 per session. I saw Jenny for a period of about 6 months. I instantly liked her because she was able to make me feel really comfortable despite how nervous I was.
Jenny’s manner as a therapist is really relaxed, yet it is also obvious she really knows what she is talking about. This combination allowed me to feel a great confidence in opening up to her. I feel like I have learnt more about myself in six months of sessions than I had done in my entire life up until then! it really was an eye-opener.
I recommend counselling to anyone considering it. And it is important that you find someone who you feel comfortable with. Luckily for me, I felt very comfortable with Jenny and have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
