HS Counselling – Helena Sweetenham

I run a Private Practice in Warfield, Berkshire. I provide a safe place where you can ‘be you’ and confidentially share your story of what may be confusing and hard for you. Together, we can find a new or different way of ‘being’ in your world. You can make incredible changes to empower yourself to take those steps in the right direction.
At times we all need extra support and help with overcoming difficulties. I work relationally and offer professional, skilled counselling and NLP to address the challenges that life brings. I trained humanistically and I work to encourage the process of self-exploration and the discovery that happens within the relationship between my client and myself.
Practice Details
As a counsellor, I offer face-to-face sessions on a 1:1 basis. I work with individuals age 16+ on a short-term, long-term or open-ended basis. My clients include all genders, backgrounds, sexual orientations, races and ethnicities. If you would like to know more, I offer a free 30 minute counselling consultation. This can be conducted either at my practice, by telephone or via email. This is an opportunity for you to outline your needs, expectations and discuss any current issues you may be having.
Fees
All clients are offered an initial free 30 minute consultation. This will help you decide whether further counselling would be useful. Should you decide to continue with the counselling, arrangements will be made to have regular 1 hour sessions at a mutually convenient time. Each session is £40 for a 50 minute session.
