First Step Counselling offers you a warm safe confidential environment with experienced BACP Regd (Voluntary Accrd) Counsellors. We have experience in many different aspects that arise from everyday life some of which being bereavement, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, eating disorders, anger management, phobias, bullying, OCD, and many more.
We work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and children.
Our fees are £50 for a consultion for one and a half hours and thereafter 40.00 for one hour sessions.
We offer all types of talking therapies/psychotherapy CBT, Person Centred, Psychodynamic. We can be found on the BACP Register of Counsellors along with the Counselling Directory.
