Until 2002 my career was in HR, Recruitment and Consultancy for Commercial companies. My counselling started with career and redeployment counselling and resulted in my diploma with ASIIP (Adlerian Society and Institute of Individual Psychology). My training included placements with the Addiction Counselling Trust, CRUSE Bereavement and MIND where I continued my training and gained much experience. The content of my Adlerian Diploma focused on the family counselling model which Alfred Adler originated and on the impact of families of origin and parenting on the adults that we become. In addition to my counselling I became an ASIIP Accredited Parenting Practitioner and an Adlerian Supervisor. I run a private practice where I offer supervision, counselling and support to families experiencing concerns with their children’s behaviour.
