I work with individuals, couples and groups. I’m an experienced psychotherapist who has worked in an NHS setting as well as residential rehabs for those in treatment for addiction issues and a day service for those who had personality disorders as well as addiction issues. I also have a private practice which promotes change in how we relate to others and ourselves.
Many of life’s problems stem from past experiences that get repeated in the present. I aim to explore with clients how this limits their capacity for happiness in their life, and how decisions are made from past experiences, rather than what is happening in the present.
I hope to raise awareness and well being, so that we can manage life’s stresses more easily.
