My name is Debbie, I am a fully registered Counsellor Psychotherapist offering therapy sessions in a rural location of Great Wenham, with parking and disability access.
My approach is humanistic and integrative. using the principles of positive psychology with a person centred approach.
In essence this means that I draw from my experience and training to provide a quality, individually tailored counselling service to achieve the best outcome for you.
I have worked with people in the community for over fifteen years. I have seen many people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds and have assisted people to get to where they wanted to be.
I have worked with anxiety, depression, transgender, gender dysphoria, panic, relationships, age, addiction, suicidal thoughts, trauma, abuse and more.
I am BACP Registered and I am fully insured.
My practice is in a rural setting with parking and disability access, in a confidential setting.
