I offer short and long term counselling to both children and adults with a variety of problems. I also have experience of working with visually impaired people and victims of rape and sexual abuse.
I accept self-referrals, referrals from clinics and other professional organisations.
Counselling is about being listened to and being heard. I work predominantly in a person centred way which means I listen to understand the problems that are causing you emotional difficulty and assist you in finding the answers that you need to move forward.
I also offer cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), couples therapy and trauma counselling.
In addition to the above, I also offer equine assisted therapy (working with horses) at my private equestrian facility in Canterbury. If you need support in any area feel free to call me to discuss.
