At Crystal Serenity counselling & Psychotherapy services, we provide one to one counselling for both children and adults, we also provide couple counselling and various workshops. The areas we cover are bereavement, including stilbirth, neo-natal loss, child loss at any age, as well as adult loss.
We also cover many other issues such as relationships, sexual & physical abuse, OCD, PTSD, panic attacks, self-harm, eating disorders, insomnia, abortions, body image issues, sexual orientation, gender issues, suicidal attempts and ideations, clients suffering with cancer as well as extended family members, bullying issues, generalised stress as well as exam stress, depression, clients with varying disabilities, low self-esteem/self-confidence. Although we counsel many issues as stated above.
Tracy has special interests in working with children, helping them to make vital changes so their issues hopefully have a lesser effect as they move into adulthood, childhood sexual abuse, individuals who have suffered abuse in relationships, bereaved parents of stillbirth, and child loss, she is a trustee for a nationwide stillbirth charity, and only too willing to allow parents a voice.
