Hello and welcome to my profile
I am a Psychotherapist/Counsellor and also an accredited CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) therapist. I’m fortunate in being able to tailor the therapy that suits you most and importantly, will help you to leave therapy, as soon as possible!
I graduated as a psychotherapist in 2005. I am a highly qualified psychotherapist, having achieved a Masters degree and two Post-Graduate Diplomas, in counselling and psychotherapy. I have also worked for the NHS in Sussex, treating patients suffering with Anxiety, Depression, Panic, Phobias, OCD, Psychosis and Borderline Personality Disorder, relationship and sexuality difficulties.
