My name is Button Wilde & I am an Integrative counsellor, working long term or short term, at a pace suitable to the client. I offer one to one counselling in a safe and confidential theraputic space.
I use a variety of counselling approaches to suit the needs of the individual. counseling can help us cope with issues such as Depression, Anxiety and Stress, Loss of Confidence or Low Self Esteem, Bereavement and loss,Traumatic experiences, Emotional, Physical or Sexual Abuse, Work difficulties, Relationships problems,Separation and / or divorce recovery, Self Defeating behaviours and patterns.
