I use a solution focused approach which gives excellent results with a wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, PMT, panic attacks, trauma and PTSD, abuse and bullying (past or present), relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence, work issues, eating issues, maternity issues, etc. Call me if you are unsure.
I work in Southsea daytimes, and also do sessions on phone and zoom. I charge £50 per 1 hour session
