I offer one-to-one confidetial counselling. I am an experienced counsellor . A member of BACP. I work mostly in a person centred way Client lead. Having been trained integratively I can incorperate a range of different theories depending on a client’s individual needs. including, CBT , Solution focused, psychodynamic, Gestalt and Existential.
My counselling room is in Dartford close to the town centre.
