Psychodynamically:-
Emotional problems, anxiety and depression can be deep rooted in the past. Together we can explore your past relationships in the light of how they affect your life in the present.
Experientially:-
Deep rooted anxiety can affect the body too and by focusing on how your body experiences recollections of past events, we can gain a deeper understanding and a connection with ourselves and our emotions.
I can also work in Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy for individuals who feel stuck in their lives, unable to move forward and who experience difficulties in their relationships, personally and professionally.
