As a professional counsellor with many years of experience working with a range of mental health conditions, I offer a safe space to explore and heal. I offer Daytime and Evening appointments in Fleet and Wokingham.
People come to therapy for very different reasons and my training and life experience enables me to work with individuals with a wide range of issues.
I have experience and specialist knowledge of working with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Panic Disorder, Lack of Self-worth, Bullying, Low Self-Esteem, Anger, Rage, Relationship problems, Problems at school, Family problems, Lack of identity, Not being accepted, Rejection, Separation anxiety, Guilt, Shame, Attachment Disorder, Dangerous and Risky Behaviours, Issues around food, Neglect, Aggression, Stress, Mood Disorders, Panic Attacks and Phobias
I have built a considerable base of knowledge and experience having worked in the helping profession for the majority of my professional working life. I have worked within health care settings within the NHS and privately, and have extensive experience and success working therapeutically with both Adults and Young People. I also have experience and knowledge of the mental health system.
I am a registered member of the BACP dedicated to practicing responsibly, ethically and to the highest of standards.
I have consulting rooms in both Wokingham Berkshire and Fleet Hampshire which is easily accessible from Surrey & Hampshire, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Virginia Water, Egham, Sunningdale, Ascot, Camberley, Guildford, Windsor and Reading
