• To help you resolve complicated issues, or find ways to manage them.
• To help you recognise unhelpful patterns and/or behaviours, and find ways to change them (if you want to).
I believe all individuals are born with the skill to lead full and worthwhile lives. Sometimes, we can get stuck, becoming uncertain how to get going again. I see my role as offering a safe place to discover, understand, and develop ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Counselling is a healing exchange, which listens in a rounded way, and nurtures ways of living a richer life.

Out of vulnerability will come your strength.
I got to a point where I felt desperate and was going into a dark place, I knew then I needed help and that help came from Niles. He has been invaluable. I suffer from PTSD after the loss of a loved one it was very Traumatic. I have flashbacks, nightmares, insomnia and low self esteem. During our counselling we do the Rewind Technique and Talk Therapy he teaches me coping skills and to have faith in myself, welcome emotions however good or bad. From day one Niles has shown empathy, understanding, encourages me to focus on my strengths and explore my own values and beliefs, he is non judgemental, impartial. He said “Asking for help takes strength not weakness “.I would definitely recommend Niles as a counsellor, particularly if you are struggling with certain aspects in your lives and hopefully he will restore that hope and trust like he is currently doing in mine.
