My approach to counselling focusses on the therapeutic relationship, which can be the bedrock for self- development, growth and change. I’ll support you through difficult periods in your life and together we can explore ways of being which are in tune with what you need.
Sometimes simply being in relation with another person, where there is compassion and warmth, is enough to bring about change, at other times it will take interventions, challenges and more introspective work.
I work in Bradley near Preston Candover, in a quiet, peaceful setting.
In some circumstances and depending on distance, I am happy to visit you in your home. I would suggest it is at a quiet time of day with no distractions.
