I offer both short term and longer term counselling to individuals and couples as well as psychotherapy for deeper rooted issues or in depth personal development and work face to face, by telephone or Skype. I am BACP accredited and registered and my private practice is based in Christchurch, Dorset close to the rail station. I offer an initial half hour consultation free of charge so that you can come and meet with me before deciding whether to begin counselling or psychotherapy.
