Hello I am an experienced, accredited counsellor based in Bishop’s Cleeve, central Cheltenham and online. I have helped many clients with a wide range of difficulties including; anxiety, depression, anger management, low self-esteem, loss including bereavement, panic disorders, stress and work related issues, as well as other difficulties we may face in life.
I work in a supportive and understanding way, enabling you to explore your difficulties without judgement.
I see individual clients and couples for either short term focused work or longer term counselling.
