I am a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Senior Hypnotherapist, specialised in anxiety disorders, OCD, relationships and attachment. I am known for my caring but highly professional approach towards my clients.
My special interest in anxiety, obsessional and emotional states (including depression) stems partly from personal experience, and around 25 years experience with mental health patients and therapy clients.
Therapies include: individual and relationship counselling, analysis, regression, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT/REBT), suggestion threrapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), as well as psychology education and advice. Everything I do is based on proper research, or a good track record of success over the past century of psychotherapeutic methods.
