Well done for making this first step. It can feel daunting starting counselling so i’d like to make that process as welcoming as possible for you. I work with both adults and young people offering one-to-one support online and over the phone across the UK and beyond.

I am a BACP (Senior) Accredited practitioner-this means I have been deemed as meeting a high standard in my work as an independent, ethical and competent therapist.

While I have particular expertise supporting in the areas of gender, sexualities, relationship diversity, identity issues, young people and abuse– my breadth of experience covers a wide range of issues . Please see my website for more details.

If you would like to book an initial appointment to discuss further then please do get in touch. The first session is free and lasts around 30 minutes. It is an opportunity for you to hear more about how I work, for us to discuss your needs further and see how it would feel to work together.

Following sessions (should we continue on to work together) are £45 and last 50 minutes.

In addition, I am available as a (qualified) supervisor and for training and consultancy.
