Hello and welcome. I am a qualifed experienced counsellor and a registered accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am also a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and have provisional accreditation with BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy). In addition I am an experienced and qualified online counsellor and a member of ACTO (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online).

My experience over the years has been with various charities and organisations giving me a wealth of experience in many areas.
