I am an ‘Integrative’ psychotherapist. This means that I am not tied to one model of therapy but combine aspects of several models, to fit the needs of each client. I see individual clients in my home, providing a safe, comfortable and confidential environment in which to build a relationship of trust and openness.

Therapeutic counselling is a holistic approach that seeks to integrate all parts of the personality, helping individuals to start his or her journey towards living life more fully. Together we would look at aspects of your past in order to understand issues you are facing now. Your past and present experiences shape your patterns of behaviour and counselling might help gain insight into giving you a sense of who you are, how you might gain purpose in life, move forward and create a more meaningful life.
