I work with adults on a one to one basis taking a Psychodynamic approach which recognises that present difficulties may stem from earlier life experiences. In addition to this approach I also work within an integrative model which includes aspects of Systemic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). By using different theoretical models, I will be working in a way which I feel is suited to your individual needs and difficulties.
Sometimes life may be challenging, confusing and difficult to work out on your own and I offer counselling in a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I understand that taking that first step towards receiving help can often be daunting and difficult.
