I have experience working in primary and secondary mental health care settings and in private practice.

Areas of work include: Bereavement & Loss, Relationship Issues (working with individuals or couples), Social Phobia, Low Self-Esteem, Gender Issues, Cultural Displacement, feelings of Loss of Self, Anxiety and Depression.
I also offer Wellbeing Workshops for groups and Wellbeing Programmes for individuals.
