My private counselling and coaching practice in Rugeley celebrated its 10th anniversary last year. As an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor, I work with individuals, couples and families. I offer help with bereavement, anxiety and phobias, anger management, depression, SAD, stress management, relationship issues, separation and divorce, and many other issues. As a former teacher, I have an interest in working with children and teenagers. As a trained parenting skills consultant, I provide parenting advice and parenting skills development courses for either one set of parents, single parents or parent groups. Grandparents contact me as well because so many provide childcare for their grandchildren.

There are some areas of our lives that we know we would like to improve but no matter how we try, we seem to go round in circles. Talking it through and discover how we can make some small or significant changes can lead to a much happier, more balanced and satisfying way of life.

Coaching is not counselling. When you come for coaching, we work together on how you can move forward in life, feel confident, more assertive and fulfilled in whatever area of life that is important to you.
People have different goals and different ideas of how to achieve these goals. I encourage you how to set goals rather than just drifting along, help you find ways to turning those goals into action plans to become successful in your chosen career or life in general.
