I provide both short term and long term counselling and psychotherapy – whichever is right for you.

Each appointment lasts for 50 minutes and costs £45 for individuals and £55 for couples.

I am experienced and trained in working with a range of difficulties including anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties and endings, and abuse and trauma.
