About Jayne Wright- Counsellor & Psychotherapist Oxford OX3

There are many reasons why people choose to come to counselling. It maybe that they want to be able to express and understand their feelings better; to have support through a difficult time; or to gain insight into current or past life issues. Maybe you are suffering from depression or anxiety. Perhaps there are difficulties in your relationships. Stress, bereavement, family breakdown, ill health and unemployment, are examples of the painful challenges that many of us face. Whatever the difficulties you are facing it can be helpful to talk to someone outside of your daily life.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I can use different therapeutic approaches. This enables me to work with you in a way that is tailored to suit you as an individual to find the solution that fits your particular situation. I am also able to draw on my extensive experience of working in healthcare. I believe passionately that people have the ability to grow and change, no matter how difficult their situation may seem. Alongside my private practice I am a counsellor in the NHS

The sessions are for 50 minutes and cost £45 in Oxford , Oxfordshire and £35 in Haddenham, Bucks
