Sometimes life is challenging, presenting issues that prevent happiness, impede wellbeing, success and lower self-esteem Seeking help at such times can be daunting, however, talking to someone in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment can help you to explore what is troubling you in order to resolve problems and reach personal goals.
I am here to listen, drawing on a range of counselling approaches, aiming to provide counselling that is suited to the needs, issues and personal preferences of you, the client. I work in a quiet, relaxing space and offer both long and short term counselling to young people and adults.
I have experience supporting people who are experiencing a diverse range of emotional and psychological problems in their personal and working lives. My aim is to help you challenge and reflect both on current issues and those in the past that may be preventing you from moving forward.
So if you are suffering from anxieties and long-term problems/issues, then talking to a trained counsellor can help you make sense of your situation.
I am a member of the BACP and abide by their Ethical
Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and can be found on their Accredited Register
