There are times in our lives when we feel vulnerable and benefit from talking to someone in a non judgemental, safe and confidential environment. I offer gentle and supportive counselling, working from an oasis of calm hidden away in the heart of Salisbury.
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor offering you a rounded and individually centred style of therapy helping you to deal with unresolved issues and worries that affect your every day life. I have experience of working one-to-one with a wide range of difficulties and with people from all walks of life. I work both in private practice and on a voluntary basis with local charities.
Generally, the first session is a two way assessment. It gives you the opportunity to see whether you feel comfortable with me and to begin to explore some of the issues which have brought you to counselling. Additionally it gives both of us the opportunity to see whether I am the right person to support you. Following this initial meeting we decide how to proceed together.
I offer short term, long term or one-off counselling.
