I offer a safe, therapeutic, confidential space to talk to me. I listen and aim to respond with understanding, and empathy, to help you to find out why you feel as you do. I will help you explore what choices there are for you, in order for you to feel more at peace with yourself and your life. I can also incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy into our sessions which is particularly useful for short term, focused work.
