Beginning from a Person Centred place, I work in a responsive way – taking the feel of what you need as the guide. I work very much using my intuitive gut feelings, and find the use of image work partiularly enlightening to the counselling experience.
I believe in the healing power of the relationship. As trust builds between us, an understanding of the Self can be revealed. Together we travel a journey, discovering your inner resources and strengths and sometimes uncovering hidden patterns of relating and behaving. This can take time, so I offer an open ended form of counselling, where the counselling space is yours for as long as you need it.
