Transition to parenthood and the early years include many emotional and physical challenges, for both parents. My experiences and training provide a safe and supportive environment to explore these challenges and expectations.
Post natal depression affects 1 in 10 women, they and their partners often face this alone. You do not have to, talking therapies and gaining support do help.
My approach is person centred with psychodynamic insight, this means some of the focus will be looking at your past relationships and the influence they have had on your life.

Location Information
Ossett town centre is located 5 mins from M1 Jtn 40, and 10 minutes car journey from Wakefield city centre. Car parking spaces are plentiful but a charge may occur.
Many buses run to Ossett bus station, I am located 1 minute walk from the bus station walking towards the town centre, between the Post Office and FRESH hAIR Design.
Opening Times
Daytime and evening appointments available Monday to Friday.
Evening appointments are limited and may not be available immediately.
