About Nikki Heaton

As an integrative therapist, hypnotherapist, coach and trainer I am trained in multi modalities which allows me to bring the wide range of training and experience together to create a therapeutic approach and/or coaching that is bespoke to the client and their needs.

This unique therapeutic approach brings dynamic and impactful results. My focus within the work we will do together is about resolution and relief from limiting beliefs that will touching every area of your life whether it be relationship issues, childhood issues through to challenges in the work place.

You may be fed up of thinking, feeling or living the way you do and are considering your options of how to make lasting changes that enable you to live the life you want to live.

During my time in private practice I have developed a fresh approach to therapeutic intervention that facilitates empowerment, change and freedom from limiting beliefs. The way I work is collaborative, compassionate, inspiring and motivating, all whilst validating your experiences that have brought you here today.

My experience is encompasses work with adults and young people on a one to one basis covering a range of issues with the predominance of my work being under the umbrella heading of trauma and abuse. You will appreciate this covers a vast range of experiences around such subjects so contact me should you wish to clarify if I have worked with the issue you are feeling most challenged with at this moment.

Finding the right therapist to work with can feel like a minefield! So with this is mind, I offer a 20 minute free and confidential consultation whereby we can look at how I might be able to help and which service, psychotherapy, hypnosis or coaching would be of most benefit to you.

My work history includes working on contracts in high schools providing a high quality of psychotherapy for adolescents as well as their families. Being involved in Child in Need and Child Protection plans, MAST meetings etc I also work with Employment Assisted Programmes and STAR (Surviving Trauma After Rape) as well as solicitors of personal injury claims. I see people in private practice that approach me on a self referral basis with a wide variety of issues to address as well as taking referrals from other sources. I am currently training coaching with a view to offering further services within my practice and training in being a Media consultant which will allow me to work with TV.
