About Counselling and Psychotherapy – Jennifer Weir

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor working in Beeston, Nottingham, specialising in working with adults and young people who are experiencing difficulties in their life. I can offer you space and time to explore your issues in a safe, secure and confidential environment. My approach to counselling is humanistic and integrative and I will listen to you without judgment. I believe that the experience of therapy can help you to understand your situation and can lead to positive change.
Counselling may be long or short term depending on your wishes – indeed the whole experience will be determined by your individual needs.

Training, qualifications and experience.

I work within the BACP’s Ethical Framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy. Further details of this can be found on their website.
I have extensive experience of working with adults and young people. I also work for two voluntary organisations as well as private practice. Continuing professional development is an important aspect of my desire to provide as professional and effective service as possible.
