Hello and welcome to my profile

I am a general Counsellor and also a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) therapist. I’m fortunate in being able to tailor the therapy that suits you most and importantly, will help you to leave therapy, as soon as possible!

I graduated as a psychotherapist in 2005. I am a highly qualified psychotherapist, having achieved a Masters degree and two Post-Graduate Diplomas, in counselling and psychotherapy. I have also worked for the NHS in Sussex, treating patients suffering with Anxiety, Depression, Panic, Phobias, OCD, Psychosis and Borderline Personality Disorder.
