I am a fully qualified Humanistic Counsellor, offering short and long term therapy to adults, young people andchildren, which can help with anxiety, relationship, family issues and depression. In addition to private practice, I am an experienced school and sixth form counsellor, and have also provided counselling to adults for a local charity. I also work with looked after children. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold enhanced DBS (CRB) clearance for working with children.

I provide a warm, non-judgemental, empathetic and impartial approach, developing trust, where I am guided by what you want to bring to sessions. I believe that each individual is unique and therefore our counselling relationship will be just that.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor, holding a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Brighton. I have experience of working with a broad range of presenting issues such as: anxiety, stress, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, abuse, addiction, low self-esteem, anger and trauma, looked after children.

£10 introductory session of 30 minutes.
