I am a Registered and Accredited Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I provide counselling for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse, self-harm and suicide, family and relationship breakdown, stress and anger.
Any of these issues or any difficult life event can leave us feeling unhappy, stressed and overwhelmed and we may find life very difficult to cope with.
Talking to a professional who is outside of the situation can help.
I work in a quiet and private therapy room in Kinver with ample free parking and bus services.
I offer a first meeting free of charge and without obligation to see if counselling is something you feel can help you. Sessions are £40 thereafter.
