I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) educated to degree level with NHS experience and over 14 years in private practice. In the NHS I worked as a psychotherapist providing psychotherapy and counselling to clients referred by G.P’s. I have worked in counselling services for a university, further education college and large public sector organisation.

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I am fully insured.

My approach is flexible and always mindful of the clients needs. I draw on a variety of theories and models of therapy with the aim of delivering effective solutions to allow clients to move forward with their lives.
I specialise in the treatment of anxiety, panic, phobias, stress, depression and relationship issues. IBS, OCD and emetophobia.
