My name is Suz and I am a fully qualified counsellor. I work from a convenient location in Harborne and Bromsgrove. I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work from a person centred modality and believe that we are all unique. The relationship in counselling is the healing element. Given the space and opportunity to discover your real self you will gain an insight into yourself leading to greater self acceptance and awareness. Therapy will give you the chance to discover the real you taking a deeper look inside yourself and connecting with your emotions. Counselling will lead to greater self awareness in turn making you feel empowered. I am passionate about counselling and the counselling process. I have engaged with counselling myself and know how daunting it may be to take the first step. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to experience it more fully. I am an experienced LGBT affirmative Therapist. I work as an associate counsellor in the NHS as part of Healthy Gay Life. I am passionate about working with gender identity issues , sexuality and issues that may be experienced by the LGBT community.
