We are pleased to offer professional, confidential counselling services to children, young people and adults.
We offer a range of therapeutic approaches which includes; Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT Counselling, we will ensure we find the right therapeutic approach for you which can include something more creative such as play, art, clay, media and animal assisted therapy. We make it our priority to build a safe and trusting relationship to enable you to feel confident and safe to explore your concerns. The environment is welcoming, secure and easily accessed, it is close to public bus/rail services and provides parking facilities.

We also provide clinical supervision to counsellors and those in the helping/caring/social care profession who require supervisory support either personally or professionally.

Additional to the counselling services we provide, we regularly hold CPD Workshops, Social Care Sector Training, First Aid Training and offer a stress management consultancy service which regularly holds training days and short courses. All services provided are covered by our Professional Liability Insurance.
