I am a fully qualified counsellor and my practice is rooted in the Person Centred approach, which involves building a relationship on trust, honesty, and acceptance with the belief that you, as the client knows best.

I provide a warm and nurturing environment of empathic understanding and genuineness. I will not advise you or offer quick fix solutions, and rather than focusing on the symptoms of your problems, I engage with the whole person. Sharing a problem in a safe non-judgemental environment enables you to bring about a greater understanding, to achieve a greater self-awareness and regain control over your life.
