Sometimes the difficulties we face in life can throw us off balance and we lose sight of ourselves and what is right for us. We can be left feeling isolated, anxious, overwhelmed and depressed.
As a Person Centred Counsellor I believe that you are the expert on you. I will listen to you without offering judgement or advice and I will work with your individual thoughts and concerns. Through mutual trust, the therapeutic relationship we build will help you reach your desired outcome and can make a real difference to your life.
To me it is a privilege to be to be let into my clients lives in this way, and I treat our work together with great respect.

I am a qualified person centred counsellor and an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). As a member of the BACP I must adhere to their ethical framework.
