I am an extremely experienced Psychotherapist offering a warm and compassionate approach to therapy. If you are feeling unhappy, stuck or confused I can work with you to explore your thoughts and emotions in a non-judgemental and confidential environment. My intention is to fully understand the thoughts and feelings that are causing you distress enabling you to feel safe and at ease. My clients come to me with a variety of issues ranging from stress, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety plus other issues.
If you are feeling nervous about entering therapy I can assure you that this is quite normal and there is nothing to worry about. My particular area of expertise is sex and pornography addiction and I have worked with many clients suffering with this issue.
