About Be Free

For more than 30 years I have been helping people to make changes in themselves which have had positive effects both in their work and home lives.

As a professionally trained and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist I get enormous satisfaction from helping people take control over aspects of their life or behaviour which are causing them problems.

Life can throw all sorts of things at us, and sometimes those things leave impressions in us that are far from helpful. People come to see me for all sorts of reasons. They might have lost confidence in themselves and their skills, or feel that they need to develop and improve some aspect of themselves, such as their self-esteem, their focus in work or in sport, or coping with change in their lives. Sometimes there are specific areas which a client might want to focus on such as a phobia or other fear. Other people want support in making personal changes like stopping smoking or weight-loss.

I will work with you as an individual who has their own personal and different life experiences to any other client I might see. I will shape the work we do together for you personally, to make sure that your specific needs are considered and that the best routes for therapy are taken.

In addition to hypnotherapy I might introduce some elements of life coaching, if I feel you would benefit from working on goals in your new life. Mindfulness techniques might be included where calmness and clarity are needed.

I will have your interests and your needs as my focus in all that we do together.

8 week Be Free in Mindfulness programme beginning in September 2015 in a tranquil workshop space in Wilmcote (between Henley in Arden and Stratford upon Avon).

Mindfulness is about being ‘present’ to each new moment as it happenspleasurable moments, fun times, even tough times. When we’re able to do this naturally and effortlessly, stressful situations are less likely to overwhelm us. We may also develop a deeper appreciation of life itself, and a richer experience of moments of joy, laughter and connection with loved ones

The Be Free in Mindfulness programme teaches powerful methods such as meditation, and body awareness practices, within a supportive educational workshop format.

You don’t have to practise yoga or be a regular meditator to experience the peace of mind and well-being of mindfulness! In fact many participants have never meditated before.
