Thank you for visiting my page. I currently offer face to face, telephone and Skype counselling. I firmly believe that counselling can help give a new awareness with problems in life you are facing. At times life can be hard, we find ourselves having to put up with problems we never thought would effect us, things out of our control i.e. Trauma, Bereavement, Anxiety, Stress, Depression to name but a few.

You are not alone, you are not a failure, and counselling could help. Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk through your problems in a safe non judgement environment, where you will be able to embark on a journey of self discovery, which will allow you to understand yourself better, explore destructive patterns of behaviour, help you look at the alternative options and give you awareness of different choices you could make.

I am a individual member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and currently hold a Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am currently studying for a Degree in Education and Training, and helping teach a level 3 in counselling. I believe in furthering my education in line with current policies within the counselling field and becoming an even more dynamic counsellor.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults, on a wide range of problems; Grief, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, General Mental Health to name a few.
