Description:
At Turnstone Therapy Practice, I provide clients with time to talk through issues they are facing, in a non-judgemental and confidential space, with a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist.
I aim to support clients as they turn over their own personal ‘stones’ which may be causing them confusion or pain and this be preventing them from moving forward in life.
People can face a variety of struggles in their lifetime, such as Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Trauma, Abuse and Relationship Problems.
This is only a small sample of the issues people face, as we move through life and problems can vary in severity for each of us.
My aim is to provide you, the client, with a listening ear and the time needed to help you address troubles you are having, whether they are from the past and still causing you pain, or more recent issues which have occurred.
I am also able to work with clients, who may wish to work through issues such as work/exam stress, or issues around low confidence and self-esteem, so that you may move forward towards achieving your goals.
I draw on a range of theoretical approaches, such as:
  • Humanistic
  • Person Centred
  • Gestalt
  • Psychodynamic
  • Pluralistic
  • Existential
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapies
Which enable me to adapt and use the best therapeutic method to suit each individual client.
At Turnstone Therapy Practice I am available to provide private consultations to Individuals and Couples, aged 17+ at my light and comfortable therapy room in West Byfleet, Surrey.
