My name is Sandra Cregg and I am a professionally qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering counselling based in Thames Ditton, Surrey, which is easily accessible by train or by car (there is free parking outside). My practice is ideally located for adults and adolescents looking for counselling and psychotherapy who live in Surbiton, Kingston upon Thames, Esher, Claygate, Cobham, East Molesey and West Molesey, Teddington, Walton on Thames and Weybridge and nearby surrounding areas of Surrey.

The individual psychotherapy I offer is for adults and adolescents in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential therapy room. The sessions can be open-ended or for an agreed time period, with the aim of helping you to gain greater understanding of your difficulties and free up choices for you to move towards positive change.
